For the Royal Academy of Art’s Open Day campaign in The Hague, we created a dynamic identity reflecting the institution’s creative energy. At its core was a type animation tool that brought “Open Day” to life through playful, engaging motion styles.
To ensure consistency, both still and animated typography served as backgrounds, maintaining a varied yet cohesive look. Vivid colors captured the academy’s spirit, while a system of simple geometric shapes ensured clarity and readability. White shapes with black text kept messaging consistent and recognizable.
This design balanced creativity and function, delivering an engaging yet clear visual experience.
